Return and Refund Policies
At Soulmade we like to see happy faces!
So of course we take returns if the product is not what You liked it to be.
We recommend that You contact us and return the item in proper condition within 14 days of delivery.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the item.
We also ask to send us a copy of Your bill, Your iban account nr. and please state the reason of returning the item.
Your personal information is received and stored in our customer file.
It is used to access, customise and carry out an order and to uphold the customer relationship.
Soulmade does not share customer information.
The information is used entirely and only by us, except in cases where we use third party agents to perform certain functions for us such as credit card processing and delivering packages.
